    Beta- Alanine

    Beta-alanine has been shown to enhance muscular endurance. Many people report being able to perform one or two additional reps in the gym when training in sets of 8–15 repetitions. Beta-alanine supplementation can also improve moderate to high intensity cardiovascular exercise performance.

    When beta-alanine is ingested, it turns into the molecule Carnosine, which acts as an acid buffer in the body. Carnosine is stored in cells and released in response to drops in pH. Increased stores of Carnosine can protect against diet-induced drops in pH, as well as offer protection from exercise-induced lactic acid production. Large doses of beta-alanine may cause a tingling feeling called paresthesia. It is a harmless side effect.

    Agmatine Sulfate

    Agmatine is a metabolic byproduct of Arginine. It is formed within the body after L-Arginine interacts with the enzyme arginine decarboxylase. Agmatine is basically Arginine with the carboxylic acid end removed. Agmatine produces the byproducts guanidino-butyladehyde and the polyamines putruscene, spermine, and spermidine which are involved in cell growth. Agmatine is found in tissues throughout the body and is synthesized and stored astrocytes, glial cells in the brain and spinal cord, which provide structural and metabolic support to the nervous system. Agmatine acts as a neurotransmitter and neuromodulator with a vast array of actions in the body.

    Agmatine is an imidazoline receptor agonist. Imidazoline receptors have several functions: regulation of insulin secretion, pain modulation, and neuroprotection/neuromodulation. Clonidine, another imidazoline receptor agonist, has been noted to stimulate the release of luteinizing hormone (LH). Researchers conducted tests on agmatine and found that it can also modulate the release of LH from its interaction with hypothalamic tissues. The modulation of imidazoline receptors by agmatine has also been shown to improve insulin sensitivity.

    Nitrosigine®

    L–Citrulline is an amino acid that has been found to play an important role in nitric oxide (N.O.) metabolism and regulation. L-Citrulline is converted to L-Arginine in the body, leading to increases in both L-Arginine and nitric oxide. Increased production of nitric oxide promotes vascular dilation, which helps support normal oxygen and blood circulation throughout the body.

    Beet Root

    Beetroot contains high levels of nitrates, which can eventually be converted into nitric oxide (N.O.). Nitric oxide is one of the best friends of bodybuilders and athletes because it may increase "pump" and endurance.

    Beetroot is rich in the B vitamin folate. It also contains a variety of other vitamins and minerals such as vitamin B6, vitamin C, iron, and potassium. Beetroot is also rich in betanin, which is a powerful antioxidant that can protect against free radical damage.
